Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping cost and delivery time
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and is paid by the customer. We ship with USPS, and most orders arrive within 7 business days of purchase.

Lost or damaged packages
Damaged items are replaced as described in our Refund Policy. If your package hasn't arrived, contact Info@AncestralHerbs.com · (313) 395-7523 with your order number and we'll check the tracking with USPS.
